Arrest Musharraf on arrival: resolution

The upper house of Pakistan’s parliament on Monday unanimously adopted a resolution that demanded the arrest of former President Pervez Musharraf on his arrival in the country and the registration of a case of high treason against him.
The resolution was moved in the Senate by Raza Rabbani, a senior leader of the ruling Pakistan People’s Party.

Musharraf delays plans to return to Pakistan

Pakistan’s former military ruler Pervez Musharraf on Thursday delayed his plans to return home from self-exile after warnings from the government that he would be immediately arrested on his arrival in the country.
Leaders of Musharraf’s All Pakistan Muslim League told the media that he had delayed his plans to return to Pakistan later this month after consulting friends and party leaders.

Pak court issues non-bailable arrest warrant against Musharraf

The Federal Investigation Agency also submitted a detailed charge-sheet that named Mr. Musharraf as an accused in the case related to the murder of Bhutto.
A Pakistani anti-terrorism court today issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against former President Pervez Musharraf to secure his presence in the hearing in the Benazir Bhutto assassination case.
