Tens of thousands of Taiwanese rallied in Taipei on Saturday to voice their anger at President Ma Ying-jeou over a spate of controversial policies, on the eve of his inauguration for a second term.
Protesters held placards proclaiming “President Ma, you suck!” and put stickers printed with the word “anger” on their faces in a demonstration organised by the main opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP).

Aarushi case: Non-bailable warrant issued against Nupur Talwar

Ghaziabad A special CBI court here on Wednesday issued a non-bailable warrant against dentist Nupur Talwar in connection with Aarushi-Hemraj murder case as she failed to appear before it.
Special Judge Preeti Singh fixed April 18 as the next date of hearing.

CBI issues lookout notice against Ravi Rishi

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Sunday issued a restraint order to prevent Ravi Rishi, a London-based NRI businessman and accused in a case of alleged irregularities in the purchase of Tatra trucks for the Army, from leaving the country.
The agency has alerted all airports and exit points, official sources said. His company maintained that he was cooperating with the CBI in the probe.

The rupee declined by 19 paise to Rs 49.34 per dollar in early trade on the Interbank Foreign Exchange market on Thursday, weighed down by dollar’s gains against other currency rivals.
